NBR Rubber Cloth

Nitrile rubber cloth is an oil resistant flexible material with a high cost performance ratio, which is formed by calendering two layers of nitrile rubber and one layer of reinforced fabric. The oil resistance of nitrile rubber cloth is only inferior to polysulfide rubber and fluororubber, but superior to neoprene rubber. Due to the high polarity of the cyano group, nitrile rubber basically does not swell with non polar and weak polar oils. The reinforced fabric can be nylon, polyester, or glass fiber, and the addition of the reinforced fabric greatly improves the tear resistance and tensile strength of the nitrile rubber cloth. Nitrile rubber cloth is widely used in various oil resistant products due to its excellent oil resistance and good rubber properties. Nitrile rubber cloth with high acrylonitrile content is generally used for products that are in direct contact with oil and require high oil resistance, such as chemical container liners, gaskets, etc.
