Silicone Membrane For Solar Laminator

The silicone membrane for solar cell lamination is a special high tear resistant silicone membrane specially designed for solar cell lamination. This product is made of imported high-quality and high tear resistant silicone material, featuring high stability and reliability.

Ovictor group offers three different types of silicone membrane for solar laminators.

OVSSA type silicone membrane has the characteristics of low modulus, excellent elastic recovery performance, and small permanent deformation, which is suitable for the automatic lamination process of double glass components.

OVSSB type silicone membrane is formulated with some green environmental friendly reinforcing material that is acid resistant, solvent resistant, and high temperature resistant, thereby greatly improving the tensile strength, tear resistance, and dimensional stability of the silicone membrane, extending the service life of the product. The characteristic of this product is that it will not damage the solar panel when the operating conditions reach the limit.

OVSC type silicone membrane introduces fluorosilicone rubber as its working surface, which has excellent solvent resistance. EVA volatiles have almost zero corrosion to it, and excellent high-temperature resistance tensile strength and tear resistance. It is a high-performance material with a very long service life.
