TCN High Pressure Oil Seal

Description:

TCN Oil Seal is pressure- resistant oil seal with an auxiliary cage to minimize lip deformation under pressure. Used for high-pressure rotating shafts. It consists of completely covered rubber, self-tightening spring double lip, and a Double-layer iron shell.  The special design structure is that it has excellent performance. good heat resistance, wear resistance, resistance to a variety of lubricating oil,   grease, oil, and gas mixture, and other properties. Widely used in gasoline engine crankshaft, diesel engine crankshaft, transmission, differentials, shock absorbers, engines, axles and other parts.

Advantages:

- good oil and fuel resistance (especially to hydraulic oils)

- good high and low temperature resistance

- good resistance to pressure

- good wear resistance and high tensile strength

- low swelling in water

Limitations:

- poor weather, light and ozone resistance

- poor resistance to polar fluids

- poor resistance to chlorinated hydrocarbons

- poor resistance to aromatic fluids
