Reinforced Graphite Composite Sheet

Graphite composite sheet, also known as reinforced graphite composite sheet or high-strength graphite composite sheet, is a sealing material made by pressing metal toothed plates, metal mesh plates, or metal flat plates with pure graphite paper. The commonly used inner layer reinforcement materials for graphite composite plates include SS304, SS316L, or tinplate, with a thickness of 0.05-0.2mm. The forms generally include punching plate composite reinforcement, mesh plate composite reinforcement, and flat plate composite reinforcement. It has the characteristics of thermal stability, high strength, and no cold flow, and can be made into various circular and complex geometric shape gaskets, such as level gauge gaskets, cylinder gaskets, exhaust pipe gaskets, ribbed heat exchanger gaskets, etc.

Performance characteristics: It has good corrosion resistance, high/low temperature resistance, radiation resistance, good compression resilience, and high strength. The required pre tightening force is smaller than that of metal gaskets and metal wound gaskets, and the requirements for flange surfaces are not high. It is a relatively economical and practical sealing material.

Medium used: acid, alkali, steam, various solvents and oils, etc.

Product application: The sealing parts of flange connections such as pipelines, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchanger, condensers, generators, air compressors, exhaust pipes, refrigerators, etc. can replace asbestos rubber and non asbestos sealing materials.
