The tensile strength of pure rubber vulcanizate is 17-25MPa, and carbon black reinforced vulcanizate can reach 25-35MPa.

Natural rubber sheets have good elasticity, with an elastic modulus of about 1/30000 of steel and an elongation of 300 times that of steel. The maximum elongation can reach 1000%. The rebound rate can reach over 50%~80% within the range of 0~100 ℃.

Therefore, natural rubber sheets with various tensile strength and elongation at break can be obtained by modifying the formula to meet the needs of different application scenarios and budgets.

In addition, natural rubber sheets have excellent flexural fatigue resistance, low hysteresis loss, and low heat generation during multiple deformations; Good cold resistance, excellent airtightness, waterproofing, electrical insulation, and thermal insulation performance.

The disadvantages of natural rubber sheets are poor oil resistance, ozone aging resistance, and heat oxygen aging resistance.

Natural rubber sheets can further improve tensile strength and tear strength by inserting reinforced mesh.
