NBR Rubber Sheet

Nitrile rubber sheet-NBR rubber sheet for short, is a commonly used oil resistant rubber sheet, and its oil resistance is the most excellent among many rubber sheets. The higher the acrylonitrile content in NBR rubber sheet, the better the oil resistance, but the corresponding decrease in cold resistance. The general temperature range for use is -25-100 Deg.C. NBR rubber sheet is a polar material with good conductivity. In addition, NBR rubber sheet has good compressibility, elongation, wear resistance, aging resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance.

NBR rubber sheets are widely used, mainly for oil resistant products, various oil resistant washers, gaskets, and anti-static rubber products. Widely used in industries such as automotive, aviation, petroleum, chemical, and photocopying.

NBR rubber sheets have poor ozone resistance, electrical insulation, and cold resistance.
