Prestressed plastic bellows is a new prestressed pore-forming material produced from HDPE and PP. It is mainly used in post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure Bridges, with good sealing performance, no bleeding, high ring stiffness, small friction parameters, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, large bending, not easy to be smashed by vibrator, easy to implement vacuum grouting to improve the service life of Bridges. When the pore material is damaged, the grout is the last protective barrier of the prestressed steel strand in the prestressed concrete structure.

Product Usages

Plastic bellows in use compared with the traditional metal bellows to be matched with a special variety of joints, used for the connection with the clip group anchor plate, take over the connection between the bellows, drainage pipe and bellows after the connection can be pressed into the bellows in the cement slurry water.
